At DaySpring Hospice, we believe nurses are the heart and soul of compassionate care—and during Nurses Week, we had the absolute joy of celebrating the incredible nurses who give so much of themselves to care for others.
From our own hospice team to the nurses we partner with in hospitals, home health agencies, nursing homes, and beyond, we want to say a heartfelt THANK YOU. Your dedication to excellence, your compassion, and your tireless work do not go unnoticed.
Here’s a look at how we showed some love across our locations and community partners this Nurses Week:
🌮 Dothan Location – We kicked things off with a taco bar and some much-needed downtime with our amazing nurses. Thank you for the love, the laughter, and your unwavering care for our patients!
🍝 Enterprise Team – Our Enterprise nurses enjoyed a delicious Italian meal complete with chocolate cake—because every great nurse deserves a sweet treat. We are so grateful for your heart and hard work!
💐 Andalusia Location – We were thrilled to celebrate our wonderful Andalusia nurses. Your dedication and joy are felt every day. Happy Nurses Week to this amazing team!
🏥 Enterprise Health and Rehabilitation Center & Command Sgt. Maj. Bennie G. Adkins State Veterans Home – What a fun time we had celebrating these two phenomenal groups of nurses. We loved getting to honor and uplift the people who do so much for our community.
🥜 Opp Health and Rehabilitation, LLC – Who doesn’t love a trail mix bar? We had a blast putting this together and sharing some cheer. Big shoutout to Brittany for helping us make the day so special!
🍨 Flowers Hospital – Ice cream sundaes and a photo booth made for a sweet afternoon with the staff at Flowers Hospital. Thank you to Rebecca for helping make it happen—and thank you to the nurses for everything you do!
